Lane Partners’ Southline development is a 31-acre development consists of seven six- to seven-story office and laboratory buildings designed to support modern workplace and innovation environments.

W. Bradley Electric delivered a comprehensive, multi-division scope of work across the campus, including Telecom, Security, and Audio Visual systems. Our Telecom team provided a full design-build low-voltage data cabling solution, working closely with the design team, architects, MEPs, and general contractor. The scope included structured cabling, fiber optic and copper backbone infrastructure, and complete MDF/IDF buildouts to support scalable tenant and building systems.

WBE’s Security Division provided full system design for Building 1, the Amenities Building, and the six-story parking structure. The design included a LenelS2 NetBox access control system, LenelS2 NetVR video surveillance system, Honeywell intrusion detection, and an Aiphone emergency intercom system within the parking structure.

W. Bradley Electric also delivered Audio Visual system installation for the Southline Marketing Trailer, creating a fully functional collaboration and video conferencing environment. The system included a large-format display, integrated video conferencing bar with camera, microphone, and speakers, and a dedicated conferencing PC. HDMI extension from the conference table enabled seamless content sharing, while full system integration, cabling, and calibration ensured reliable performance.
