Lane Partner’s Southline development will transform the South San Francisco and San Bruno communities from an industrial patchwork to a sustainable, integrated campus. 31 acre, 7 six-to-seven story office/lab buildings.

LV Data Cabling design and install by our Telcom Team. This was a completed Design Build where we worked with the design team, architects, MEPs and GC. Design consisted of data cabling, fiber optic backbones, copper backbones and MDF/IDF buildouts.

WBE Security has provided a complete security design for Building 1, Amenities building, and a six story parking structure.  The security design consists of LenelS2 Netbox access control system, LenelS2 NetVR video system, and Honeywell Intrusion system.  The parking structure will also receive an Aiphone Emegency intercom system.
