W. Bradley Electric delivered a complete low-voltage systems package for the Lane Partners Southline Campus, including structured cabling, fiber and copper backbone infrastructure, AV systems, and BIM-coordinated design support. The multi-building scope required coordination across several facilities, resulting in a robust and scalable telecommunications infrastructure supporting both base building systems and tenant requirements.

Telecom Scope Includes:

  • Category 6A horizontal cabling for:
    • Security cameras
    • Wireless access points (WAPs)
    • Blue light/emergency phones
    • Building systems (BMS, lighting, elevators, fire alarm, telecom)
    • Office and tenant spaces
  • Full IDF, MDF, and MPOE buildouts:
    • Relay racks and cabinets
    • Patch panels and fiber enclosures
    • Ladder rack and cable management systems
  • Copper backbone cabling between telecom rooms (multi-floor riser systems)
  • Fiber backbone cabling (singlemode) between IDFs and MPOEs
  • Fiber splicing, termination, labeling, and testing
  • Structured cabling for parking garage systems across multiple levels

Engineering / BIM Coordination (Cross-Division) Scope Includes:

  • BIM modeling of all telecom infrastructure
  • Coordination with GC and other trades
  • Clash detection and resolution
  • Shop drawings and installation drawings
  • As-built documentation

Audio Visual Scope Includes:

  • Installation of:
    • Large-format display (86”)
    • Video conferencing system (all-in-one video bar with camera, mic, speakers)
    • Conference PC with peripherals
  • HDMI extension for table connectivity
  • Integrated collaboration and presentation system
  • System installation, cabling, and calibration
