10x Genomics

10x Genomics, a life science technology company, builds products to advance human health. The company’s integrated solutions include instruments, consumables, and software for analyzing biological systems. This project includes three new building totaling 381,000 sq ft. as well as a parking garage. The first building includes office space and highly sanitized rooms for labs. The facility will be enhanced to accommodate the company’s research and development needs. The buildout took place in phases. From designing to installation, our divisions worked seamlessly.

Telcom was tasked with the installation of a unique system with station cabling from ceiling outlets to lab benches, along with the installation of the SCADA cabling internally in their zones and homerun to the IDF’s.
