State Compensation Insurance Fund Learning Center consisted of 20,000 sq. ft. of classrooms, training rooms, vocational support areas, conference rooms, and a convention center to become the main training hub for all new employees in Northern California. The project had 48 floor boxes that required layout, saw cutting of the slab and underground work for electrical, data, and AV. With Title 24 requirements of controlled outlets to these floor boxes from controls in the ceiling required much forethought. The project consisted of new LED lighting throughout and the installation of a state of the art control system to provide day lighting and independent dimming controls.
