Description:

This project was a 34,216 square ft. tenant improvement build out of floors 1, 4, 5 and 6.  This is primarily office space for a law firm. WBE completed the power, lighting, lighting control, HVAC power, fire alarm conduits and back boxes, new distribution panels, UPS and maintenance bypass, manual transfer switch and furniture power.
