WBE’s Electrical Division delivered design-assist and electrical construction services for MB 3 & 4 tenant improvement, transforming café, forum, and executive spaces into high-performance, collaborative environments. The project required close coordination with the GC and the design team to support an evolving layout and fast-paced schedule.

The scope included new power distribution with transformers and panelboards integrated into the existing building system, along with complete branch power, floor monuments, and poke-thru devices to support flexible workspaces and conference areas.

WBE also installed a T-24 compliant lighting and controls system, supporting architectural, workplace, and theatrical lighting applications, along with full fire life safety systems, telecom infrastructure pathways, and MDF/IDF power and grounding.

This project highlights WBE’s ability to execute complex, design-assist tenant improvements with integrated electrical, lighting, and life safety systems.
