W. Bradley Electric provided design-assist, BIM coordination, and electrical infrastructure services for the remodel and buildout of a multiple level, 83,620 sq. ft. pharmaceutical laboratory and office facility. The project supported advanced biotech research environments and required close coordination between the design team, trades, and facility stakeholders throughout construction.

Electrical Division

WBE provided complete electrical infrastructure for the laboratory and office buildout, including power distribution systems, branch circuitry, transformers, lighting and Title 24 lighting controls, UPS systems, emergency generator infrastructure, grounding systems, and electrical connections for laboratory and mechanical equipment. Scope also included temporary construction power, NETA testing, and a design-build EST fire/life safety system.

Telecom Division

WBE coordinated telecom and low-voltage infrastructure throughout the facility, including MDF/IDF room electrical infrastructure, grounding systems, conduit pathways, and support infrastructure for telecom, AV, BAS, EMS, process controls, and security systems.

Audio Visual Division

WBE provided AV electrical infrastructure for conference rooms and collaboration spaces, including conduit pathways, outlet boxes, and floor outlet infrastructure supporting integrated AV and conferencing systems throughout the facility.

BIM / Preconstruction Services

WBE provided BIM coordination and preconstruction services including constructability reviews, multidisciplinary trade coordination, coordinated MEP modeling to LOD 400, seismic coordination, and ongoing design-assist support throughout the project lifecycle.
