83,620 sq. ft. Pharmaceutical Manufacturing facility. Multiple level building consisting of warehouse/shipping area, office space, lab space, manufacturing equipment to support from development stage to product filling equipment. WBE Electrical supported the design/engineering team for equipment interconnection/communication requirements throughout the project engineering phase.

WBE provided a full-scope electrical package for this project, including power distribution upgrades, lighting and controls, and infrastructure for mechanical, plumbing, low voltage, security, and fire alarm systems. Work included relocating electrical panels, installing a manual transfer switch, furnishing new receptacles, lighting fixtures, and 0-10V controls, as well as supporting tele/data, security systems, and HVAC equipment. The team also provided OSHA-compliant temporary power and lighting, fire sealing of new penetrations, and seismic supports where required. Add alternates covered BIM coordination and full electrical fit-out for additional office spaces. All work was completed during normal business hours with minimal disruption.

WBE provided and installed a comprehensive AV system throughout this new facility to support digital signage, video conferencing, and collaborative workspaces. The scope included displays in the lobby and corridors for digital signage, fully integrated AV setups in huddle rooms, conference rooms, and offices, as well as advanced systems in the boardroom and control room. Key features included wall-mounted displays, soundbars with built-in cameras and microphones, user-friendly control panels, and support for both wired and wireless content sharing. The boardroom and control room received enhanced configurations to support high-level collaboration and monitoring needs, ensuring a flexible and future-ready AV environment across all spaces.
