Wells Fargo Innovation Flagship

Telecom Scope of Work

W. Bradley Electric’s Telecom Division delivered the complete structured cabling infrastructure for the Wells Fargo Innovation Flagship Center in Menlo Park. The project included the installation, termination, testing, and certification of Category 6A copper and fiber optic cabling to support the facility’s voice, data, wireless, security, and audiovisual systems.

The scope included structured cabling for workstation connectivity, wireless access points, digital displays, television systems, and security cameras, along with a fiber optic backbone connecting the MDF and IDF telecommunications rooms. WBE also completed the buildout of both telecommunications rooms, installing network racks, patch panels, cable management systems, PDUs, ladder rack, and supporting infrastructure.

As part of the project, WBE installed and tested all copper and fiber infrastructure, completed system labeling and certification, provided as-built documentation, and integrated owner-furnished network and wireless equipment. The completed system delivers a reliable, high-performance communications network designed to support the Innovation Center’s evolving technology need

Audio Visual Scope of Work

WBE’s Audio Visual Division delivered a flexible, future-ready AV environment for collaboration, presentations, and live events at the Wells Fargo Innovation Flagship Center.

The centerpiece of the project was a custom two-story 8K video wall in the Town Hall, supported by a zone-controllable sound system for live events, overflow audio, and ambient music. WBE also integrated 16 meeting rooms and a divisible training room with an NVX AV-over-IP system, enabling seamless video distribution and centralized control throughout the space.

A dedicated master control room was built to support live event production and system operations, while a secondary video wall on the second floor displays daily itineraries, event content, and visitor information. The completed system combines advanced AV technology with thoughtful design to create an engaging, adaptable workplace experience.
