Telecom Project Description

W. Bradley Electric is currently delivering a large-scale telecommunications infrastructure buildout for a global automotive manufacturer. The project includes the construction and outfitting of a centralized Main Distribution Frame (MDF) room and thirteen (13) Intermediate Distribution Frames (IDFs) throughout the facility.

Our Telecom team is installing comprehensive cable management systems, including vertical and horizontal wire basket tray, supported by custom strut stanchions to create clear, organized vertical pathways between the MDF and IDFs. The backbone network includes the installation of both 24-strand and 48-strand singlemode fiber optic cabling, routed from the MDF to each IDF.

Each IDF is designed with diverse fiber pathways to establish primary and secondary routes, enhancing redundancy, reliability, and network resilience across the facility. This robust infrastructure supports current operational needs while providing scalability for future expansion.
