WBE supported the development of the 25-acre PG&E Napa Regional Center, a ground-up project featuring the construction of multiple site structures to serve regional operations. Key facilities included a new Operations Building, Fleet Maintenance Facility, and Logistics Warehouse, all designed to support critical utility functions. The site also included several support structures such as bulk material storage, general materials storage, power pole storage areas, emergency generators, fleet fueling stations, a covered trash enclosure, and photovoltaic (PV) carport canopies. This large-scale infrastructure project was built to accommodate PG&E’s long-term operational needs, integrating utility, logistics, and sustainable energy components into one cohesive regional hub.
