W. Bradley Electric provided design-build engineering, electrical construction, and low-voltage infrastructure services for an occupied life sciences tenant improvement supporting advanced laboratory and office environments. The project required close coordination with DPR Construction, the design team, and multiple trades throughout all phases of design and construction.
WBE delivered complete design-build electrical systems as the Electrical Engineer of Record (EEOR), including electrical engineering, permit-ready drawings, lighting and lighting controls, normal and emergency power distribution, laboratory power systems, HVAC equipment connections, and Title 24 commissioning. Scope also included demolition support and phased construction within active laboratory spaces.
WBE’s Telecom Division provided structured cabling and low-voltage infrastructure throughout the facility, including Category 6A cabling and a single-mode fiber optic backbone connecting the IDF room to the server room. Additional scope included tele/data pathways and coordinated lab power and signal integration.
WBE provided security systems engineering, permit documentation, rough-in pathways, and infrastructure coordination for security devices and systems throughout the tenant improvement space.
Fire Alarm / Life Safety
Scope included Fire Life Safety engineering, permit plans, fire alarm coordination, testing, and commissioning support in coordination with ADT Security Systems.
