This design-build project for Solano Community College involves the construction of a new 44,000 sq. ft. Science Building, which will include general laboratories, lecture halls, and support spaces designed to foster modern learning and research environments.

WBE is responsible for the complete installation of all electrical systems, including:

  • Transformers

  • A 125kW emergency generator

  • Automatic transfer switches (ATS)

  • A comprehensive lighting fixture package

  • Wall and floor outlets, all designed to comply with current Title 24 energy efficiency standards

In addition, WBE is providing all outlet boxes, conduit, and cabling required for a fully operational fire/life safety system, ensuring both code compliance and occupant safety in the new facility.
