WBE’s Telecom Division is supporting a collaborative project between WeWork and Facebook, with Facebook leasing a 6-story building that includes a 4-level underground parking garage. The project adheres to Facebook’s structured cabling standards, with all cables dressed in bundles of 24 from the patch panels to the outlet locations, ensuring clean, organized, and scalable infrastructure.

The building contains over 3,000 Cat6A cables, with each IDF connected by 96 strands of fiber for high-capacity backbone connectivity. Each IDF is outfitted with two rows of equipment racks, surrounded by ladder racks that wrap the room, and a fiber runner mounted above for optimal cable management and future expansion.
