Wells Fargo Risers

This multi-phase, multi-floor electrical infrastructure project spanned nearly two years and involved extensive upgrades across the California Tower, Montgomery Tower, and Sacramento Tower.

WBE installed a new electrical riser system throughout all three towers, with each floor receiving a new distribution board to deliver power to the building’s various systems and loads. The scope also included the replacement of transformers and panelboards throughout the facility to enhance overall system reliability and capacity.

As part of the project, WBE collaborated with PAFA, the building’s Fire/Life-Safety vendor, to upgrade the FLS system in accordance with the new design and code requirements. In addition, WBE provided the necessary infrastructure and electrical connections to support the plumbing and mechanical trades.

Given the building’s occupancy, the majority of the work was completed overnight to minimize disruption to tenants and ensure safety during construction.
