WBE’s Electrical Division completed a high-level tenant improvement project for UBS Financial Services, spanning a full floor and a partial second floor. The scope included the installation of modern lighting systems throughout, integrated with Greengate lighting controls to support energy efficiency, automation, and user comfort.

The project also included the buildout of dedicated server rooms, with UPS distribution infrastructure designed to ensure reliable, uninterrupted power for UBS’s critical operations across both floors.
