This project involved a comprehensive site-wide infrastructure upgrade, including the installation of new parking lot lighting and poles, bollard pathway lighting, and pedestrian street lighting to enhance safety and visibility throughout the area. Additional scope included the installation of security cameras, wireless access points (WAPs), electric vehicle (EV) chargers, parking ticket machines, and a new service pedestal to support overall site functionality.

A complete underground conduit and wiring system was installed to support all electrical and low-voltage components. WBE’s Telecom Division provided support by terminating the fiber and communications cabling, ensuring reliable connectivity across all systems.
