W. Bradley Electric (WBE) successfully delivered a comprehensive, multi-division demolition and tenant improvement project for Allianz at their 100,000-square-foot office space within a 140,000-square-foot facility in Petaluma, CA. The project showcased WBE’s seamless coordination across divisions to modernize and future-proof the client’s workspace.

  • Electrical Division: Installed all-new LED lighting systems and upgraded the complete electrical infrastructure to support the building’s enhanced energy efficiency and operational needs.

  • Telecom Division: Deployed high-performance Category 6e cabling to 330 workstation locations, ensuring robust network connectivity and scalability.

  • Audio Visual Division: Carefully removed, transported, and re-installed Allianz’s existing AV systems across six conference rooms, preserving their investment while enhancing usability in the new space.

  • Security Control Systems Division: Provided and installed a state-of-the-art Software House C•CURE 9000 access control system, integrating 20 card readers and six security cameras connected to a centralized network video recorder for streamlined monitoring and safety.

This project exemplifies WBE’s integrated approach, technical precision, and commitment to delivering turnkey solutions tailored to client-specific requirements.
