This project involved a comprehensive remodel of two floors within an existing 41,866 sq. ft. building for a confidential retail client. The scope included a complete tenant improvement, featuring state-of-the-art lighting fixtures and advanced lighting control systems. Provisions were also made for in-slab infrastructure to support new office furniture installations on both the first and second floors.
The Telecom division installed over 500 Cat6A cables to support workstations and wall outlets across both floors. The team also completed a full server room buildout, constructed two IDFs, and installed an OM4 fiber optic backbone to connect the server room and IDFs, ensuring high-speed network performance.
Our Audio Visual team equipped eight conference rooms with modern AV solutions. Each room includes room scheduling and presentation capabilities, with three rooms outfitted for Zoom conferencing and three others integrated with Crestron control systems, providing intuitive control and seamless user experiences.
