W. Bradley Electric, LLC is hiring a detail-driven Quality Control Field Engineer to support our solar installation team. This field-based role is essential to ensuring our renewable energy projects meet the highest quality, safety, and performance standards. What You’ll Do:
Quality Assurance & Oversight
- Collect field data and photos to support QC reviews.
- Identify and report quality deviations or nonconformances.
- Ensure compliance with all project specs, standards, and codes.
Daily Reporting & Documentation
- Track and record daily production values and site milestones.
- Submit accurate and timely daily and weekly field reports.
Team Communication & Support
- Interface with field crews to clarify plans, expectations, and procedures.
- Communicate deliverables and deadlines to ensure smooth execution.
Site Logistics & Workflow
- Help coordinate material deliveries, laydown areas, and on-site storage.
- Assist in resolving logistical or operational issues proactively.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in construction, civil engineering, or quality control (solar preferred).
- Strong skills in observation, documentation, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with field data collection and photo documentation tools.
- Comfortable working in outdoor/field conditions.
- Collaborative communicator with a hands-on mindset.
- OSHA 10/30 certification is a plus.

- Ability to communicate written and verbally with customers, field workforce, management, and coworkers is required.

- Occasionally lifting up to 30 pounds.
- Position performed primarily on active construction sites and/or in jobsite trailer.
- Noise level low to medium.
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, and hearing protection as required by safety regulations when/as required.
- Regular and routine attendance.
