W. Bradley Electric, LLC is seeking a proactive and experienced Quality Control (QC) Manager to oversee quality assurance and compliance efforts across renewable energy projects in Oregon. This is a hands-on field leadership role responsible for executing the company’s QC program, ensuring proper documentation, verifying production units, and upholding the highest standards of workmanship.

This position is ideal for an individual with strong electrical experience—particularly an electrician with direct field exposure—who can lead by example and instill a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do:

  • Execute and manage our QC program across renewable projects
  • Develop site-specific QC plans and ensure compliance with NEC, AHJ, and project specs.
  • Conduct inspections, maintain documentation, and resolve quality issues.
  • Lead daily reporting, production unit verification, and punch list management.
  • Mentor field staff and ensure alignment with project managers, electricians, and clients.

What We’re Looking For:

Required:

  • Strong field experience in electrical construction and renewables.
  • Background as an electrician or electrical supervisor.
  • Solid grasp of NEC and QA/QC standards.
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work independently across Oregon.

Preferred:

  • QA/QC experience in utility-scale renewables.
  • OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR certifications.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

  • Ability to communicate written and verbally with customers, field workforce, management, and coworkers is required.

  • Position performed primarily on active construction sites and/or in jobsite trailer.
  • Noise level low to medium.
  • Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, and hearing protection as required by safety regulations when/as required.
  • Regular and routine attendance.
