Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in electrical estimating with a stable, long-term work history in the industry.
For the right candidate, we are open to remote or hybrid work arrangements.

Pay:

Salary $120-$160k

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience in electrical estimating, ideally across ground-up construction, tenant improvement (TI), and/or Federal projects (Federal experience is a plus, but not required)
• Solid background in commercial, industrial, or Federal projects
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Work Conditions:

• Primarily office-based role with occasional visits to job sites as needed
• Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple concurrent projects

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Occasional walking on job sites, which may involve standing, walking, bending, and climbing stairs
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds (e.g., carrying plans or equipment)
