WBE completed a full design-build renovation of two buildings at the new PG&E Auburn Service Center, totaling approximately 138,239 square feet. The project included extensive upgrades to Building 2 (Warehouse & Maintenance Shops) and Building 4 (General Office Space), both of which were gutted back to core systems to accommodate modern infrastructure needs.

Scope of work included the installation of new electrical distribution systems, service upgrades, and enhancements to the existing generator and UPS systems. WBE also provided new branch circuitry, interior and exterior lighting systems, and integrated low-voltage system ties across the campus, enabling efficient communication and power distribution between all buildings.
