WBE provided multi-division support for the San Mateo Health, a ground-up construction totaling approximately 84,000 sq. ft. across two three-story buildings. The client benefited from a single point of contact at WBE, streamlining coordination and communication across all scopes.

Electrical Division

WBE’s Electrical Division completed the full electrical buildout for the new three-story Administration Building and three-story Link Building, including all interior improvements. Scope included the furnishing and installation of a pad-mounted main service disconnect, main switchboard, distribution board, secondary distribution boards, branch panels, breakers, and metering, establishing core power infrastructure throughout both buildings.

Telecom Division

WBE’s Telecom Division—working under W. Bradley Electric—delivered structured cabling infrastructure for both buildings. The team installed fiber optic and copper backbone cabling between the Administration, Link, and existing Central Plant buildings, enabling seamless campus-wide connectivity.

ERRCS & DAS Design

WBE provided design services for both the Emergency Responder Radio Communication System (ERRCS) and the Distributed Antenna System (DAS) to support public safety radio and cellular signal coverage throughout the facility.
