Senior Electrical Engineer
Our Company is currently seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer with superior design and analysis skills to join a multidisciplinary team planning, designing and the construction of buildings and facilities. Our exciting mix of projects includes Technology, Healthcare, BioPharmas, high rise offices, Electrical Infrastructure, Educational facilities and other commercial and institutional projects. A few responsibilities include: Bid, propose, design and win engineering projects that meet or exceed WBE standards for client qualification, project scope and project profitability; Design all electrical systems, including power, lighting, fire alarm and signaling systems for assigned projects; and Compose, edit, and integrate electrical elements into multidisciplinary basis of design reports for projects. Requirements:  Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Architectural Engineering or Electrical Engineering with a sound knowledge of electrical fundamentals as they relate to building systems;  7-10 years of related experience , and possess a college degree in Electrical Engineering with a P.E. in the State of California, LEED, and at least 8 – 10+ years of relevant experience.


South Bay Field Engineer
We are looking for a Field Engineer in the South Bay for our Electrical Division. This position provides project coordination and support to project managers. They will be responsible for maintaining records of project changes, locating and delivering project plans, and change order requests. Our ideal candidate will have a 4 yrs construction experience and related degree. Preferred experience with Bluebeam and Adobe. This position is in our Redwood City Office.


South Bay Electrical Project Manager
Opportunity for an Electrical Project Manager in our Redwood City office! The Electrical Project Manager is accountable for managing projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities include reviewing proposal specifications, drawings, attend pre-bid meetings to determine scope of work and required contact of estimate; establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within boundaries of company policy; supervise field personnel; and maintain liaison with client and contracts to facilitate field activities. Our ideal candidate will have minimum 2- 5 years project management experience and familiarity with construction/ Electrical industry. Experience managing complex projects, project cost tacking, time line estimates, subcontracts management and coordination/ interactions with trades engineers to ensure successful integration projects.


Security Technician
We are looking for a Field Security Service Technician! By working with business security control systems and turnkey solutions, we have provided our clients with top of the line security needs that fit their budgets.Our Security division is recognized for various camera and video management systems which we design and install to provide the best solutions for any project. Responsibilities include: performing installation and on-site maintenance, replace card access, IP Video Systems and CCTV systems, Troubleshoot hardware and software problems on alarm system equipment, and maintaining records of work performed and materials use. Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in installation, service and repair of Security Systems. OSHA10 certification required, OSHA 30 preferred. Software House C-Cure certification and must have a valid drivers license.


Service Security Technicians
The Service Security Technician is responsible for installation, service and maintenance of computer-based integrated electronic security systems including access control, video, intrusion detection, intercom, and other alarm systems. A few responsibilities include: Responds to customer requests for on-site install/repair and perform scheduled maintenance of equipment; Installs equipment, prepares for upgrades and repairs, running and pulling cable, programming and calibrating equipment while adhering to codes, regulations and standards; and Ensures security systems are functioning correctly and with optimal performance by testing equipment and connections and identifying and correcting any issues. Qualifications: 4+ years’ experience in servicing and installation of security systems; Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Outlook, Excel etc.) and CADD software (AutoCAD, Microstation); Experience with Access Control and CCTV.


Traffic Foreman
In this position, you will be developing work plan and prioritizing work orders for Traffic Control Staff. Some essential functions include: perform ongoing maintenance of traffic lights; install, program, and repair signal controllers; underground electrical installation; and parking lot lighting and sports facility field lighting. Requirements: Current Electrician State Certification, Active driver’s license, and ability to operate heavy equipment related to full installation.
