Senior Electrical Engineer
Our Company is currently seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer with superior design and analysis skills to join a multidisciplinary team planning, designing and the construction of buildings and facilities. Our exciting mix of projects includes Technology, Healthcare, BioPharmas, high rise offices, Electrical Infrastructure, Educational facilities and other commercial and institutional projects. A few responsibilities include: Bid, propose, design and win engineering projects that meet or exceed WBE standards for client qualification, project scope and project profitability; Design all electrical systems, including power, lighting, fire alarm and signaling systems for assigned projects; and Compose, edit, and integrate electrical elements into multidisciplinary basis of design reports for projects. Requirements:  Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Architectural Engineering or Electrical Engineering with a sound knowledge of electrical fundamentals as they relate to building systems;  7-10 years of related experience , and possess a college degree in Electrical Engineering with a P.E. in the State of California, LEED, and at least 8 – 10+ years of relevant experience.


South Bay Electrical Project Manager
Opportunity for an Electrical Project Manager in our Redwood City office! The Electrical Project Manager is accountable for managing projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities include reviewing proposal specifications, drawings, attend pre-bid meetings to determine scope of work and required contact of estimate; establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within boundaries of company policy; supervise field personnel; and maintain liaison with client and contracts to facilitate field activities. Our ideal candidate will have minimum 2- 5 years project management experience and familiarity with construction/ Electrical industry. Experience managing complex projects, project cost tacking, time line estimates, subcontracts management and coordination/ interactions with trades engineers to ensure successful integration projects.


Traffic Foreman
In this position, you will be developing work plan and prioritizing work orders for Traffic Control Staff. Some essential functions include: perform ongoing maintenance of traffic lights; install, program, and repair signal controllers; underground electrical installation; and parking lot lighting and sports facility field lighting. Requirements: Current Electrician State Certification, Active driver’s license, and ability to operate heavy equipment related to full installation.


IT Director
Converting business requirements into IT deliverables factoring growth, security and impact of growth on existing systems. Operates, administers and supports WBE’s IT infrastructure and systems. Responsible for implementing that vision as well as maintaining and supporting current systems along with technical support internally to WBE employees. Will be a dynamic goal-oriented leader who can motivate, develop IT growth and revenue while fostering solid customer relationships and manufacturer/ OEM relationships. Typically has a minimum of 10-20 years of experience, Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent, Cisco and Microsoft certifications preferred.


BIM Coordinator
This BIM position is responsible for assisting the implementation of BIM Models. The Coordinator needs to be knowledgeable about the latest approaches in parametric design to FM delivery and drives the implementation of these technologies on large-scale construction projects. Solid knowledge in electrical engineering design, efficient model management, and content development. Receives instructions on specific assignment objectives, complex features, and possible solutions. Assistance is furnished on unusual problems. Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field preferred; 3-5 years’ experience with a consulting firm (focus on electrical) or design build electrical contractor; Microsoft Office, Autodesk Revit/AutoCAD/Navis, BIM 360 Suite.


AV Assistant PM
Provides project coordination and support to Project Managers and/or Estimators. Some responsibilities include: Assisting with locating, acquiring and/or delivering project plans and specifications. Assisting with composing and delivering responses proposals; Attends job walk-throughs as assigned; Assisting with CAD (computer-aided design) drawings; Assisting Project Managers with tracking projects; May respond to service calls for small projects. Typically has a minimum of 5 years of field experience in construction industry.


Warehouse/Pre-Fab Manager
In this role, the Warehouse/ Prefab Manager will plan, organize and direct warehouse operations including the receiving, storage and delivery of materials, supplies, equipment and tools. They will also be responsible for facility maintenance and fleet management, execution for material control systems, coordination with management to identify and produce prefabrication assemblies for specific projects, and responsible for the daily management of prefabrication construction facility and staff—including the oversight of prefab material and layout. At least 10 years of electrical experience, with at least 2 years of progressively responsible experience in pre-fabrication and offsite construction.
