45 Fremont, San Francisco
At the beginning of 2012, W. Bradley Electric completed an electrical installation on 3 floors at 45 Fremont Street, a 34 story office building in the heart of San Francisco's South Financial District. Our skilled electricians worked closely with various trades, as well as our own Telcom Division to complete the $2 million+ electrical portion of the project.
BioMarin SRCC - Electrical
Complete electrical installation for 2 office buildings, totaling 6 stories, including generator and battery back up power. BioMarin's new offices received a back-up generator and lighting invertor and the office and cubicle space was designed as an "Open Ceiling Concept" with Life Safety installed by WBE as well. Their entire project received custom lighting throughout the 2 buildings, a full Lutron Lighting Control System, which includes day light harvesting, dimmming abilities and motion detection.
ALTEL - Transamerica Pyramid
W. Bradley Electric installation for ALTEL, who recently moved their San Francisco Offices from California St. to The Transamerica Pyramid on Montgomery. The engineered project included a unique custom lighting package, power, controls, fire alarm, electrical controls & wiring. WBE Project Manager Chance Thorpe successfully ran the project, while Foreman Tony Roccanello was the onsite lead.
Pier 3 - Generator Replacement Project
W. Bradley Electric Design Build Generator Replacement Project, Pier 3, San Francisco. The installation included a 250kw natural gas generator to support the existing data center, trading desks & broadcast studio. WBE also provided electrical engineering, Bay Area Air Resource Permit Process & Commissioning, as well as start-up services.
UPS Replacement, Fremont
Banking institutions consistent commitment to its five year maintenance plan averted potential catastrophe during a routine check of their substation transformers, which detected premature failure and deterioration in the transformers and utility feeder cables. W. Bradley Electric committed to the fast paced project that included a 12kv-480v substation transformer & 15kv utility feeder cable replacement, as well as replacing the existing 1500kva & 2500kva 12.47kv-480v dry-type transformer and 1,000' run of 500kcmil 15kv utility feeder cables.
425 Market Street, San Francisco
W. Bradley Electric, Inc. recently had the privilege of being involved in this award winning electrical design build engineering project at this well known 38-story office building on the corner of Market & Fremont Streets in San Francisco's Central Business District. WBE Project Manager Rich Evans and his team successfully teamed up with Richlen Construction and other trades to complete the remodel of the two adjoining lobbies in November of 2011. With all construction being done during operational hours, the entire project included custom stone work imported from overseas, custom millwork and decorative lighting.
Cellmark
Four of WBE's 6 Divisions recently completed an $800,000 project for Cellmark in San Rafael at their new offices. The WBE Team included Project Managers, Foreman and installers from our Electrical, Telcom, Audio Visual and Security Divisions. Our Electrical Division PM and Foreman played a key role in finalizing the lighting package and working through the alternates of the extremely intricate lighting package.
