Charles Schwab Executive Suites
At 211 Main Street in San Francisco, our electrical division is currently working on the executive floors of the Charles Schwab office building. The crew is doing a complete build out of the 17th and 18th floors. The two floors combined total 24,500 square feet. The project is a specialty lighting project with several different types of fixtures being installed throughout the project. The 17th will serve the executive offices for Charles Schwab, while the 18th floor will primarily as a boardroom and executive lounge. (General Contractor - BCCI Construction Company)
San Rafael Corporate Center
Just off of Highway 101 our electrical division completed work on the new San Rafael Corporate Center. The second phase of the corporate center added two four-story buildings and a new parking structure to two premium class "A" office buildings that were constructed a few years back. The electrical team has been involved from the beginning in this design/build project, which started in mid-2008. (General Contractor - B.N. Builders)
City College of San Francisco
In San Francisco, our electrical division completed work on the City College of San Francisco at its new Joint Use facility. The project is pursuing its LEED Gold certification and will consist of a living roof and solar panels. (General Contractor – Bovis Lend Lease)
